# Vexi media kit: copy

Every line on this page can be published as it stands, except the ones under "Lines never to use". Copy a line
whole, with the lines its rule says go with it.

## The name

- In a sentence, write **Vexi**: a capital V, then lower case. "Vexi's" for the possessive. "A Vexi vault", not "a
  VEXI vault".
- **VEXI** in capitals is the wordmark. It appears only inside the logo, next to the mark. Never type it in a
  sentence or a headline.
- Do not write "VeXi" or "V.E.X.I.", and do not put the mark in place of a letter.

**Brand line:** One pot. The whole board.
Use it on a cover, an end card or the top of a page. It is not a post headline.

## One line (under 15 words)

> A whole board of options from one pot of liquidity, on Robinhood Chain testnet.

For a trader audience, use O4 under "Approved lines".

## Boilerplate

### About 25 words

> Vexi is an options protocol on Robinhood Chain testnet. Each vault offers calls and puts from one pot of liquidity.
> Buyers have no liquidation price; the most they can lose is what they paid.

### About 50 words

> Vexi is an options protocol on Robinhood Chain testnet. A vault holds one pot of a coin and cash and offers calls
> and puts at every strike and expiry it writes. What isn't sold waits in a pool; what is sold is locked in full
> behind its option. Buyers have no liquidation price; the most they can lose is what they paid.

### About 100 words

> Vexi is an options protocol on Robinhood Chain testnet.
>
> Depositors put a coin and cash into a vault. From that one pot, the vault offers calls and puts at every strike and
> expiry it writes. Until an option sells, the capital waits in a pool and earns swap fees while the price is in range
> and people trade. When one sells, its collateral is locked in full and earns no swap fees. The buyer pays the vault
> a premium, and the vault owes the payout if the option finishes in the money.
>
> Buyers get leverage with no liquidation price. The most they can lose is what they paid.

**Footer line.** The website carries this line once, in its page footer:

> Live on Robinhood Chain testnet. Audit: none yet. Test tokens.

Nowhere else. Never put it, or any other disclaimer, inside a picture, a film, a slide or a card. Everywhere else,
"testnet" is said in words: in the text of the post, and in a film by the voice-over.

## What Vexi is

- **Option vaults.** Depositors put a coin and cash into a vault, and the vault sells calls and puts. Depositors are
the option sellers. Every vault has a named curator, and every change a curator makes is public on chain.
- **One pot, the whole board.** Every strike and expiry a vault writes draws on the same pot. A sale on one leaves less
for the others. The nearest expiry can draw on the whole pot; later expiries get a smaller share.
- **Fully backed.** Every option sold has its full collateral locked behind it from the moment it exists: the coin for
a call, the strike in cash for a put.
- **No liquidation.** No margin, no margin call, and no liquidation function in the venue. A buyer's worst case is
what they paid, premium and fee, and they see it before they buy.
- **One price at expiry.** The settlement price is the average of the market's own pool over the final five minutes,
fixed once. It is rate-limited, which limits how far a last-minute push can move it. No outside oracle.

## What Vexi is not

- **Not a margin product.** Nothing can liquidate a buyer. An option can still expire worthless, and then the premium
  is gone.
- **Not a yield product.** We publish no APR and promise no return. A vault sells options, and it pays out when one
  finishes in the money.
- **Not real money.** It runs on Robinhood Chain testnet with test tokens. It has no audit yet.
- **Not stock options.** NVDA, MU and TSLA on testnet are test tokens priced off their own pools, not shares.
- **Not an options AMM.** Vault capital sits in a pool. Option prices come from Vexi's order book, not from the pool.

## Status (29 September 2026)

| | |
| --- | --- |
| Network | Robinhood Chain testnet, chain id 46630 |
| Audit | None yet |
| Money | Test tokens only. USDG here is a test token, not a dollar. |
| Markets | AI, PONS and MEME against USDG, plus test versions of NVDA, MU and TSLA (test tokens priced off their own pools, not shares) |
| Vaults | One official vault per market. The Vexi team curates them and provides all of their capital, in test tokens. |
| Expiries | On a 15-minute grid. The official boards start about an hour out. |
| Backing | 100 % of an option's collateral is locked when it sells. 0 liquidation functions in the venue contracts. |

## Approved lines

Use these as written. The bold line is the headline; the plain line under it is its subline and goes with it.

### H2: trader hero

> **Same wick. Perp liquidated. Option still open.**
> No liquidation price. The price at expiry decides what it pays. The most you can lose is what you paid.

- **Where:** the headline of a trader post, banner or poster, over a picture in which one wick hits a perp and an
  option in the same frame.
- **Rule:** never without its subline. Do not turn it into "a wick can't hurt you": the option's value still moves
with the wick. This line does not say "testnet", so the post text (or, on the website, the page's footer line) must
say it in words. Never inside the picture, the banner or the poster.

### K3: video opener, first 5 seconds

> **Right about the direction. Liquidated anyway.**

- **Where:** the opening cards of a trader video.
- **Rule:** it states the problem, not Vexi's answer. By about 4 seconds the video shows "Same wick. Still open.", and
it ends on "No liquidation price. The most you can lose is what you paid." Never use it alone as a post, a headline or a still.
This line does not say "testnet", so the text of the post that carries the video must say it in words.

### O4: trader one-liner

> Vexi: memecoin calls and puts on Robinhood Chain testnet. No liquidation price. The most you can lose is what you paid.

- **Where:** a DM, a bio, a listing, a caption.
- **Rule:** use it whole. Never drop "testnet" or "The most you can lose is what you paid."

### L6: for liquidity providers

> **Paid two ways. Never both at once.**
> While it waits in the pool, it earns swap fees in range, when people trade. When an option sells, its collateral is
> locked in full and earns no swap fees; the buyer pays a premium, and the vault owes the payout if it finishes in the
> money.

- **Where:** LP posts, the LP part of a page, a deck.
- **Rule:** never without its subline, and never cut to "Paid two ways." Never add a number, a sum, "more" or "on
top". This line does not say "testnet", so the post text (or, on the website, the page's footer line) must say it
  in words.

### X1: the X header (the owner's words, 2026-10-02)

> **Your LPs.**
> **Your options markets.**

- **Where:** the X header (`images/x-banner-*.png`), and a coin team's post about opening a market.
- **Rule:** the two lines go together. Never add a number, "earn", "yield" or "more". Opening a market is not yet open
to anyone on testnet: in post text say "Ask for a market", not "Open your market now".

### I1: spoken opener, about 30 seconds

> Ever been right about a trade and still got liquidated? One wick, thirty seconds, you're out, and ten minutes later
> price is exactly where you called it. That's the thing we built around. Vexi is options on Robinhood Chain, testnet
> for now. You buy a call or a put, and it has no liquidation price. A wick can't close it; only the settlement price
> at expiry decides what it pays. Worst case, you lose what you paid for it.

- **Where:** a talk, a call, a booth, a podcast, to people who trade.
- **Rule:** say it whole, including "testnet for now" and the last sentence. Two questions usually follow: is it
audited, and what can I lose. The answers are in the FAQ below.

## Lines never to use

These read well and are wrong, or promise what nobody can promise. The first four were tested with readers, and
readers took each one to promise something false.

| Never write | Why | Write instead |
| --- | --- | --- |
| "Leverage that never blows up." "Can't lose." "Safe." "Risk-free." "Guaranteed." | An option can expire worthless. The buyer then loses all of the premium. | "No liquidation price. The most you can lose is what you paid." |
| "Your Uniswap LP can earn more." "Earn more than a plain LP." "Higher LP fees." "Boost your yield." | Nothing has measured it. Collateral locked behind a sold option earns no swap fees. | L6, with its subline |
| "LPs have multiple income streams." "Fees + premium." "Two yields." "Stacked yield." | The same capital is never paid both ways at once. | "Paid two ways. Never both at once." |
| "You already sell volatility. Now sell options on purpose." | Readers took it to mean the vault is paid for risk it already had. Selling an option adds a new obligation. | "A Vexi vault also sells options. It is paid a premium for each one, and owes the payout if one finishes in the money." |
| Any APR, yield, fee rate, TVL, volume, trade count or user count | We publish none. On testnet, our own scripts make the trades and our own capital fills the vaults. | "See it running on testnet." |
| "LPs earn a share of every option trade's fee." | Vexi's design sets that share to zero. A vault is paid the premium, and swap fees while its capital waits in the pool. | L6, with its subline |
| "LP tokens." | Depositors put tokens into a vault, and the vault holds the pool position. | "Deposit into a vault." |
| "Mainnet." "Audited." "Live on Robinhood Chain" without "testnet." Any launch date. | It is on testnet only, and it has no audit yet. | "Live on Robinhood Chain testnet. Audit: none yet. Test tokens." |
| "The first ..." "The only options on Robinhood Chain." | We make no "first" or "only" claims. | Say what it does. |
| "Up to 100× leverage", or any multiple | The multiple changes with the strike and the time left. | "Leverage with no liquidation price." with "The most you can lose is what you paid." |
| "Options from 15 minutes to 30 days." | Those are the venue's limits, not what the boards offer. The official boards start about an hour out. | "Short-dated options on a 15-minute grid." |
| "Stock options." "Trade Tesla options." "Tokenized stocks." "RWA." | On testnet NVDA, MU and TSLA are test tokens, not shares. | "Test versions of NVDA, MU and TSLA." |
| "Withdraw anytime." "Exit anytime." "Sell back any strike." | Withdrawals can wait until open options expire. Today a strike the vault has never sold has no bid. | "Withdrawals are paid in the vault's own tokens and can wait until open options expire." |
| "You always get full value, in cash." | An in-the-money call can be paid in the coin, not in cash. A keeper that delivers a payout takes a small fee from it. | "If your option finishes in the money and you do nothing, it doesn't expire worthless. Its value is paid to you, and a keeper can deliver it for you for a small fee out of the proceeds." |
| "No idle capital." "0 idle." "Capital that never sleeps." | A small reserve, new deposits and liquidity out of range sit idle for a time. | "What hasn't been sold waits in the pool." |
| "Instantly." "In the same block." (for a deposit) | New deposits reach the board over the vault's next upkeep passes. | "New deposits reach the board over the vault's next upkeep passes." |
| "Multiplies liquidity." "N× capital efficiency." A "total liquidity" sum. "Every strike gets the full pot." | The pot is shared, not multiplied. | "One pot quotes every strike; a sale on one leaves less for the others." |
| "Trustless vault." "Protected deposits." | A curator's changes take effect at once. The contract makes them public; it does not block them. | "Every change a curator makes is public on chain." |
| "Fully decentralised." "No single point of failure." | Anyone can settle an expired option, but today the Vexi team runs the keepers that do. | "Anyone can settle an expired option and be paid a bounty." |
| "No oracle at all." | The settlement price reads one price: the market's own pool's, fixed once at expiry. | "No outside oracle." |
| "Manipulation-proof." | The settlement price is rate-limited, but a push held long enough can still move it. | "The settlement price is rate-limited, which limits how far a last-minute push can move it." |
| "Oracle-free options on Uniswap." | It is another project's phrase, and Vexi does read a price: its own pool's. | Start from the one line at the top of this page. |
| "Options on any token." "Permissionless listing." | New markets are added by the Vexi team for now. | "Anyone can open a new strike or expiry. New markets are added by the Vexi team for now." |
| "Options AMM." "The pool prices the options." | The order book prices options; the pool holds capital. | "Vault capital sits in a pool; option prices come from Vexi's order book." |
| "Uniswap-backed." "A Uniswap (or 1inch) partner." "Buy options in the Uniswap app." | Each claims an endorsement or a route that does not exist. Only a partner can speak for itself. | Name a partner only in a post that partner approved. |
| "Gasless." "One-click." | Users pay gas. | "Trade from your own wallet." |

## FAQ for partners

**What is Vexi?**
An options protocol on Robinhood Chain testnet. Depositors put a coin and cash into a vault. From that one pot, the
vault offers calls and puts at every strike and expiry it writes. Buyers get options with no liquidation price; the most
they can lose is what they paid.

**Who provides the liquidity?**
Depositors, through vaults. They are the option sellers. What hasn't been sold waits in a pool and earns swap fees
while the price is in range and people trade. When an option sells, its collateral is locked in full and earns no
swap fees; the buyer pays the vault a premium, and the vault owes the payout if the option finishes in the money.
Withdrawals are paid in the vault's own tokens and can wait until open options expire. On testnet, the Vexi team
curates the official vaults and provides all of their capital, in test tokens.

**What can a buyer lose?**
What they paid: the premium and a small fee on it. They see that number before they buy. There is no margin, no margin
call and no liquidation price. If the option finishes out of the money, it pays nothing, and the premium is gone.

**Is it live?**
On Robinhood Chain testnet, chain id 46630, with test tokens. It has no audit yet. You can see it running there, and
nothing on it is real money.

**How do I link to it?**
Link to vexi-protocol.ai and tag @vexiprotocol (https://x.com/vexiprotocol). If your post describes the product, say "testnet" in the words of the post: our
